Patients per day: 15 - 30 Patient population/age: PEDS 18yrs, and adults Department description: Medical Direction, General Anesthesia cases. Must be comfortable with pediatric patients. • Special procedures: No hearts, No Neuro, No OB • Skills required:

Board Certification:
BC • State license required: SC • Certifications required:
NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience practicing medicine. Clean Malpractice history.
Credentialing Timeframe:
60-90 days
