Full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist needed for a critical access hospital in Watertown, South Dakota. The role involves providing anesthesia care for surgical and obstetric procedures in a supportive rural setting. You will administer epidurals, spinal blocks, and manage central lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and obstetric procedures Administer regional anesthesia including epidurals and spinal blocks Insert and manage central lines and perform ultrasound‑guided nerve blocks Monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthetics as needed Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols Demonstrate strong communication and leadership within the care team

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthetist program approved by the AANA Licensed and registered as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the State of South Dakota Must have current ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability essential

Proven experience in OB anesthesia and critical access settings
