General management Anesthesia Certification Full Job Description Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a collaborative and highly respected anesthesia team. This is a locum/travel opportunity in Plano, TX, offering flexible shift options in a modern, well-equipped clinical environment where patient safety and quality of care are top priorities. You will provide anesthesia care across a diverse case mix while working alongside a dedicated group of medical professionals in a setting that follows nationally recognized standards of care. Multiple positions may be available, offering the opportunity to be part of a strong, team-oriented practice. What You'll Do Provide anesthesia services for General, OB, vascular, trauma, and spine cases Manage a case mix with no hearts and no pediatrics Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care Support day and night coverage needs based on scheduling preferences and facility needs Participate in beeper call or in-house call when available and preferred What We're Looking For Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with active certification Current Texas license or ability to obtain licensure Experience with OB and general anesthesia cases preferred Comfort with spine-heavy caseloads strongly valued Flexible, team-oriented provider with strong clinical judgment and communication skills Schedule & Coverage Flexible shift options available, including 8- 10• 12• and 16-hour shifts.
