Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled CRNAs, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, and Nurse Anesthetists for a locum opportunity in Richardson, TX. This is a high-volume, fast-paced anesthesia environment with a diverse case mix and one of the best schedules in locum work: 4x10 Monday through Friday with zero call and zero weekend requirements.

ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage anesthesia for a broad range of surgical cases including General, Orthopedic, Neurological, GYN, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, and GI proceduresFunction within a medical direction supervision model alongside anesthesiologists and care team colleaguesPerform spinal anesthesia as needed to support orthopedic cases (spinals helpful but not required)Operate within a high-volume setting averaging approximately 900 OR cases per month across 1416 sites of serviceAccurately document anesthesia care using Epic EMRCollaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient patient throughput and optimal outcomesRequirementsCurrent CRNA certification in good standingActive, unrestricted Texas state license (or eligibility)ACLS and BLS certification requiredCurrent DEA certificateProficiency with Epic EMR preferredExperience with a diverse OR case mix including ortho, neuro, vascular, and GIStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentScheduleLocum 6-month to 1-year contract4x10 shifts, Monday Friday, Days onlyNo call, no weekends guaranteedStart date: As soon as credentialed (90-day credentialing timeframe)Job HighlightsNo call, no weekends one of the cleanest locum schedules availableHigh case volume with a rich and varied OR mixTravel and expenses covered be specific when submittingEpic EMR no learning curve for most providersMedical direction model with physician support on-siteWhy Join Vigilant Healthcare Solutions?
