CRNA | The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery 3592 Harmony Commons Drive, Spring, TX 77386 From $1,750 a day - Per diem From $1,750 a day - Per diem The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our surgical team on a 1099/per diem basis in a private plastic surgery setting. This is a high-responsibility role best suited for a seasoned CRNA who is confident practicing independently, values patient safety, and understands the importance of smooth recoveries, efficiency, and a polished patient experience in an elective surgery environment. Our practice is built around precision, thoughtful care, and elevated service. The right candidate will be calm under pressure, clinically strong, and comfortable working closely with a surgeon-driven team in a high-standard private practice. Position Overview The CRNA is responsible for providing individualized anesthesia care throughout the perioperative continuum, including pre-anesthesia assessment, anesthesia planning and administration, intraoperative monitoring, emergence, post-anesthesia recovery oversight, and discharge readiness evaluation. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a highly qualified clinician who can contribute to a safe, efficient, and reassuring surgical experience for every patient. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and review medical history, medications, allergies, labs, and relevant clearances Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans based on patient needs and procedure type Administer anesthesia safely and effectively during surgical procedures Manage airway, hemodynamics, pain control, and physiologic monitoring throughout the case Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations Oversee emergence from anesthesia and immediate post-anesthesia recovery Assess recovery status, manage pain and nausea, and support safe discharge readiness Document anesthesia care accurately and thoroughly Collaborate closely with the surgeon, nursing team, and perioperative staff to maintain efficient case flow and patient safety Help provide a calm, polished, and supportive patient experience throughout the surgical process Qualifications Current NBCRNA certification and current Texas RN/APRN licensure in good standing Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program BLS and ACLS required Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience required 5+ years strongly preferred Prior experience in plastic surgery, office-based surgery, ambulatory surgery, or other elective outpatient surgery strongly preferred Strong independent clinical judgment and decision-making ability Strong airway management, recovery management, and patient monitoring skills Professional, polished, and confident patient-facing presence Excellent communication and teamwork skills About The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery Founded by Dr. Lind in 2015, The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery is a luxury private practice located in Spring, Texas.
