05/20/2026 Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Lake Pointe, TX. TX license required. 10s, 12s, or 13s available. Minimum 3 shifts/week (additional shifts available if desired).

Cases:
Vascular, Thoracic, General (as needed). This is a General CRNA position within a practice that has a strong vascular and thoracic case mix. This is NOT a CV CRNA role. True pump cases are performed by CV physicians in a care team model. CRNAs in this role will primarily support vascular and thoracic cases and will float to general cases as needed. Minimum 1 year of experience. Clean file required. Active Texas license in hand. Epic.
Credentialing:
90 days. $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. Please send resume to and call/text David at .
