Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Central Virginia $250K+ W-2 No Call 3-4 Day Weeks Join one of the most desirable CRNA teams in the Mid-Atlantic, offering top-tier compensation, unmatched work-life balance, and a high-quality practice environment in one of Virginias most livable communities. Position Highlights:

Practice Environment:
Large, academic-based facility with over 30 ORs and additional off-site procedure areas Diverse mix of surgical cases including general, ortho, neuro, vascular, trauma, OB, GI, IR, and more Subspecialty teams in OB, pediatrics, regionals, and outpatient centers choose your areas of focus after 6 months No required regional blocks unless you choose to join that team Support from anesthesia techs, residents, SRNAs, and MDs strong team presence without micromanagement
