Job Description

Join the prestigious Anesthesiology Team at UVMMC , part of a nationally recognized academic health system. We're seeking CRNAs and CAAs who are passionate about delivering exceptional anesthesia care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment!
Schedule:
Choose from 10, 12, or 13-hour shifts — designed to support balance and team coverage. Why This Role Stands Out This role Includes a $50,000 sign‑on bonus prorated by FTE.
Starting compensation:
$270,000 per year prorated by FTE.
Diverse cases:
General surgery, ortho, vascular, neuro, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, ophthalmology, and NORA. Your Impact As a CRNA or CAA at UVMMC, you will: Deliver safe, high‑quality anesthesia care across diverse patient populations Participate in individualized anesthesia plan development Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to patient‑centered care within a leading academic environment
What We're Looking For CRNA:
BSN or healthcare bachelor's degree + Master's/Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification.
CAA:
Bachelor's in healthcare + Master's in Anesthesiologist Assistant, certification required. 1-2 years' experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply. Why Burlington?
