Case Mix:
  • ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, Podiatry, OB, Orthopedics, Pediatric, Robotic procedures, Urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro).
  • Cardiac, Complete Ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic Required Procedures:
  • General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric & Trauma)
  • Spinal & Epidural Anesthesia

Obstetrical Cases Trauma Level:
III EMR:
Epic Other Info:
  • ACT Model:
    Medically supervised
  • CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main surgery dept; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 Bronchoscopy room & 1 Cath lab
Temporary Privileges Available:
Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active WA License or compact license
BC/BE BLS, ACLS
(Red Cross/AHA)
