                • Cardiac, Complete Ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic
                Required Procedures:
                • General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric & Trauma)
                • Spinal & Epidural Anesthesia
                • Obstetrical Cases
                Trauma Level:
                III
                  EMR:
                  Epic
                    Other Info:
                    • ACT Model:
                      Medically supervised
                    • CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main surgery dept; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 Bronchoscopy room & 1 Cath lab
                    Temporary Privileges Available:

                    • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
                    Requirements:
                    • Active WA License or compact license
                    • BC/BE
                    BLS, ACLS
                    (Red Cross/AHA)
