Coverage Needed Oct 1, 2023- ongoing Schedule 7a-3:30p
Clinical Details Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day:
Approximately 150/year Will Supervise CRNAs (ratio 1:4) Number of Anesthesiologists in
Practice:
10 Will not have to prepare the anesthesia cart 13 operating rooms Adult demographic Requirements Board Certification - ACGME or AOA VA License
ACLS, PALS VA DEA
At least 3 weeks/month availability
COVID Vaccine Required Procedures/Responsibilities:
General Surgical Cases ADULT Minor Nerve Blocks IV Regional anesthesia Plexus anesthesia Complex Vascular Cases (Except Open Heart) Complex Orthopedic Cases Regional Anesthesia Local Infiltration Spinal Anesthesia Ventilation Management Insertion of Central Line & Arterial line Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues EMR Epic
