Mon-Th 6:30a-4p - potential weekday and weekend ED call and occasional Friday cases.

Average Patients Per day:

7-10

Patient Population:

Mostly adult, light pediatric. No surgical patients under three years old, other than L&D Neonatal - Not outside L&D. Trauma -

Yes Types of Cases:

Complete Ortho, Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric (mostly

L&D & ENT

), Regional Type of procedure locum will be required to perform: Local and General; blocks and epidurals are required Will there be an Anesthesiology Physician on site all the time? No Will they be working SOLO? Rarely, but yes if they are on call. How many Physicians and CRNA are there? We usually have 3-4 anesthesia providers (CRNAs and/or MDA/DOA) per day.

Credentialing Timeframe:
