We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and help us improve the lives of patients throughout our community. What You'll Do As a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care by: Conducting patient assessments and physical examinations Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic cardiac conditions Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, including ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, etc. Developing individualized treatment plans Prescribing and managing medications Educating patients on heart health, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications Collaborating closely with physicians, primary care providers, and specialists Managing follow-up care and ensuring continuity of treatment Supporting clinic operations and helping facilitate timely patient care What We're Looking For Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing Board Certification as an FNP or AGNP Current Alabama RN and NP Licensure Cardiology experience preferred Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient-care skills
