Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 32 Hour Float

SynergenX, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) . Key Responsibilities Provide hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness care Conduct patient assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and follow-up care Educate patients on wellness, treatment protocols, and lifestyle optimization Collaborate with Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinic protocols Qualifications Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing Current DEA license or ability to obtain Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work in both Little Rock & Hot Springs clinics Schedule 32 clinical hours per week Clinical shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Minimum 2 Saturdays/month required Monday or Wednesday coverage possible with advanced notice, may swap a Saturday or another day as long as weekly hours remain 32 Standard hours: Mon 8-5 | Tues 8-7 | Wed 8-1 | Thurs 7-5 | Fri 8-5 | Sat 8-12

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
