Job Description

Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Clarksville, AR. This opportunity is ideal for providers who enjoy working in acute psychiatric care within a structured hospital environment and appreciate a balanced schedule that supports both professional development and personal time.
Location:
Clarksville, AR Schedule:
Full-Time, Part-Time | Inpatient | Monday-Friday +
Rotating Weekend Call Compensation:
$125,000+ annually (Based on Experience) What We Offer Inpatient Focus
  • Provide care to patients with acute psychiatric conditions in a hospital-based setting. Collaborative Care Model
  • Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. Structured Schedule
  • Monday-Friday schedule with manageable call responsibilities. Strong Clinical Support
  • Established systems and experienced staff allow you to focus on patient care. Professional Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for inpatient populations. Provide medication management and monitor patient progress. Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care. Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Requirements Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience. Licensed or license-eligible in Arkansas. Arkansas DEA required or ability to obtain. Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
