Rotating Weekend Call Compensation:

Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for inpatient populations. Provide medication management and monitor patient progress. Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Requirements Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience. Licensed or license-eligible in Arkansas. Arkansas DEA required or ability to obtain. Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
