Job Description

Job Overview Rejuvenated Med Spa, an established aesthetics + wellness practice in Northwest Arkansas, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team. Founded in 2017, Rejuvenated has built a strong reputation by combining aesthetics with a robust wellness offering, including hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss (GLP-1s), and functional medicine. The practice is experiencing continued growth on the wellness side and is looking to add a provider who can support increasing patient demand. This role is ideal for a provider focused on wellness and longitudinal patient care , with the opportunity to expand into aesthetics over time if desired. Backed by Well Labs+, the practice benefits from strong operational support while maintaining a collaborative, founder-led, and non-corporate environment. Responsibilities Manage patients across hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), including evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing care Oversee medical weight loss programs, including GLP-1 prescribing and patient follow-up Deliver comprehensive, relationship-driven wellness care with a focus on long-term outcomes Independently manage a panel of patients while maintaining high clinical standards Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle factors, and expected outcomes Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with the physician, providers, and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience (Optional) Perform aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with opportunity to expand skillset over time Qualifications Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license Experience in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, or wellness-based care preferred Comfortable managing patients independently in a clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and understanding of patient safety protocols Interest in preventative, functional, and longevity-focused medicine Ability to build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships Professional, accountable, and team-oriented mindset Interest in aesthetics is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$50.00 - $80.00 per hour
