Advanced Practice Provider Urologic Specialists - 3.3 Fort Smith, AR Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $135,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification Employee relationship building ACLS Certification DEA License Advanced practice provider Full Job Description Urologic Specialists in Fort Smith seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with urology experience to provide direct Urology care to patients according to established protocols and utilize evidence-based clinical practice standards under the supervision of Urologic Specialists Physicians. Will generally work clinic hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nurse Practitioner Program.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner must be certified.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year advanced practice provider experience. Preferred 3 to 5 years' experience in Urology field.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire and CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
PROGRAM/SPECIALTY CERTIFICATION
None required SALARY - $100,000 to $135, 000 based on total experience and specific urology experience
