Our Chenal clinic is a cornerstone of health in the community, currently home to a diverse team of 10 providers, including 2 pediatricians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers, and 6 family medicine physicians. We are committed to expanding our capacity to serve our patients even better, with the exciting development of a new floor in our existing West Little Rock clinic, targeting an opening in January 2026. This expansion underscores our dedication to providing comprehensive and accessible care to our patients and our growing team.The Opportunity:
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Sherwood clinic, you will have the chance to: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care , fostering strong and lasting relationships within the community. Manage a steady flow of patients throughout the day, allowing for focused and personalized medical attention. Benefit from the efficiency and integration of Epic , our electronic health record system, streamlining your clinical workflow. Collaborate within a supportive and multidisciplinary team of experienced primary care physicians and advanced practice providers, enhancing your professional growth and patient outcomes. Job Requirements Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arkansas, or eligibility to obtain one. Previous clinical experience in a primary care setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Excellent diagnostic, treatment, and patient education skills. Proficiency in electronic health record systems; experience with Epic is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to quality care and patient safety.
