Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant $5,000 Sign-On Bonus HealthCARE Express is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for full-time opportunities in our urgent care clinics. If you're looking for a fast-paced setting with a variety of patient care experiences and a team-focused culture, this may be the right fit for you. We're looking for Providers who can move with purpose, think critically, and deliver excellent care while keeping the patient experience front and center. Experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred, but not required. Providers with at least two years of experience are encouraged to apply. What You'll Be Doing This role includes treating patients of all ages by performing medical histories, physical exams, ordering and reviewing lab work, completing minor procedures, and prescribing medications and treatment plans based on current standards of care. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical documentation, following infection control procedures, and practicing safe handling of sharps and bodily fluids. Patient care is the priority, but so is the patient experience. We expect our Providers to create a professional, welcoming environment while following clinic workflows and established medical protocols. Leadership Expectations In situations where guidance is needed, Providers are expected to lead the clinic and support clinical team members through teaching, coaching, and professional development. We believe strong leadership is built through respect, support, and accountability. This role also requires flexibility, including cross-training and stepping in to help where needed to support clinic operations.
