Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide locum services in a Level II NICU setting in Springdale, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for an NNP with advanced NICU experience looking for consistent 24-hour coverage with potential for ongoing placement.

Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient neonatal care in a Level II NICU and newborn nursery Attend deliveries and provide neonatal resuscitation as needed Perform critical care procedures, including intubation, line placement, and transport support Monitor and manage neonates requiring intensive care Document and update patient records in Cerner EMR Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
Active Arkansas NP license (required) Board Certification in Neonatology (required)
Certifications:
NRP (required), PALS (required) DEA certification (required) Minimum experience: Proficiency in neonatal critical care skills Ability to work independently in a NICU setting
