Collaborative provider environment with clinical and administrative support About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dermatology NP or PA seeking a balanced, high-quality outpatient practice environment with strong earning potential and predictable weekday hours. Providers in this role care for a diverse dermatology patient population across medical, surgical, and cosmetic services while working alongside an experienced clinical team. Your day will include a mix of patient evaluations, treatment planning, follow-up visits, procedures, and cosmetic consultations, depending on your training and experience. The clinic is designed to support providers with efficient workflows, collaborative support staff, and the ability to practice with a meaningful level of autonomy. This role is especially well-suited for providers who enjoy building long-term patient relationships, staying current on dermatologic treatments and procedures, and working in an environment that values both clinical quality and provider satisfaction. Why This Role Stands Out Competitive compensation with strong bonus potential Predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends Opportunity to practice across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology Supportive and collaborative clinic environment Ability to practice at the top of your license Strong work-life balance with outpatient-only responsibilities What We're Looking For Experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Confident managing outpatient dermatology patients independently Patient-focused provider with strong communication skills Comfortable with medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology workflows Team-oriented mindset with commitment to quality care Interest in continuous clinical and procedural growth Job Duties & Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat general dermatologic conditions Perform or assist with dermatologic surgical procedures Provide cosmetic dermatology services consistent with training and experience Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up care recommendations Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and preventive care Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and documentation standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development Support a positive patient experience and high standard of care Required Qualifications Completion of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active or eligible NP or PA license Minimum of 1 year of general dermatology experience required Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday schedule Preferred Background Experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology Prior outpatient dermatology clinic experience Procedural dermatology exposure Experience with cosmetic consultations and treatments Strong EMR documentation skills This Role Is Likely a Fit If You...
