Practice Setting:

None Compensation, Incentives, and Relocation Base salary: $120,000
  • 140,000, depending on experience Productivity incentives (RVU-based): $10,000
  • $20,000 in the first year Sign-on bonus: $5,000
  • 7,000 Relocation assistance: $7,000
  • 10,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes Medical, dental, and vision insurance 15 days of paid time off (PTO) starting on the hire date 7 paid major holidays (in addition to PTO) Separate paid sick leave 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions CME allowance Reimbursement for licensure and credentialing fees Fully covered malpractice insurance About the Role This role is a good fit for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, including new graduates, who want to provide solid primary care without the pressure that comes with high-volume clinics.
The clinic is well-established and serves a close-knit community in Globe, AZ. Providers here have the time, support, and structure needed to build real, long-term relationships with patients. Whether you are early in your career or already experienced, the goal is the same. Practice good medicine, feel supported, and still have time outside of work. Globe has a lower cost of living than the Phoenix metro area, especially for housing, and it is still within driving distance of the Valley. The area offers access to hiking, outdoor recreation, and nearby Gold Canyon. Many providers appreciate the slower pace while still maintaining a comfortable quality of life. Why Providers Choose This Role Monday through Friday schedule only No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities Average patient volume of 17-20 patients per day once ramped up Focus on quality care and continuity, not rushing through visits Strong clinical and operational support so providers can focus on patients A true community-based clinic where providers are known and valued Meaningful work in an underserved area without feeling isolated or unsupported Supportive Work Environment Providers are set up to succeed from the start. 1.5 Medical Assistants per provider (one dedicated MA plus shared float support) Front desk support at each clinic On-site office manager and regional leadership support Prior authorizations, referrals, and billing handled in-house Protected administrative time built into the schedule Time between patient visits for documentation and care coordination Early clinic closure on Fridays, with the last patient scheduled at 2:00 PM Training and Ramp-Up (New Grads Welcome) Structured onboarding New graduates an additional week of training Gradual 30-day ramp-up after training to reach full patient volume Ongoing mentorship and support from leadership and experienced providers What You Will Do Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care Perform preventive visits, acute visits, and chronic disease management Conduct annual wellness visits, physicals, and screenings Diagnose and manage common conditions Order and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostics Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care Coordinate care with specialists and ensure follow-up Document clearly and efficiently in the EHR Participate in team-based care and quality initiatives Qualifications Graduate of an accredited U.S
