POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients across the lifespan within underserved community healthcare setting Opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine within collaborative multidisciplinary care environment Team-focused clinical structure supporting preventative care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships Built-in administrative time and manageable patient volume designed to support provider balance and quality care delivery Scenic Northern Arizona location near Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend
COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$109,000 - $152,000 $7,500 retention bonus beginning second year
SCHEDULE
Four-day work week Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday schedule options No call responsibilities Built-in administrative time ROLE Deliver outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages Manage acute and chronic medical conditions within community health environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Maintain evidence-based preventative care and treatment standards Support underserved and culturally diverse patient populations Maintain clinical documentation and care coordination workflows

Requirements:
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
REQUIRED
Arizona license or ability to obtain
REQUIRED
Active DEA registration
REQUIRED
Current BLS certification
REQUIRED
Passion for underserved and culturally diverse communities
REQUIRED
Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
REQUIRED
