Exciting Opportunity for a Family PA or NP in a Primary Care Setting Are you a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner seeking an engaging role in a dynamic primary care environment? We have an excellent opportunity that might be the perfect fit for you!

Family Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Type:
Full-time (Part-time with potential for Full-time)

On-site (with some telemedicine component)
Schedule:
Flexible; 3-5 days per week
Language Skills:
Strong Spanish communication skills preferred
About Us:
Our clinic, led by a physician with a Med/Peds background, is searching for a skilled and motivated Family PA/NP to join our team. While experience is valued, we also welcome new graduates to apply. Our practice offers a fulfilling blend of in-person and telemedicine patient care, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on your patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing appropriate care plans. Administering treatments, medications, and vaccinations following best practices. Collaborating with our physician and healthcare team to ensure integrated and patient-centered care. Participating in telemedicine sessions to expand patient access and convenience.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess: A valid Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients and colleagues. Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
