Job Highlights:

Outpatient position only Adult patient panel only (65+) Clinic Hours Monday-Friday Small panel sizes that allow our providers to focus and build relationships with their patients Full supportive care team that enables our providers to spend dedicated time with each patient Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

CME PTO Qualifications:

Provider must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full AZ medical licensure At least 5+ years' experience working in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine Current

BLS/ACLS

certification Family Nurse Practitioners, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners, and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners all welcome to apply
