Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Prescott on a part-time basis, providing specialized care in pain and vascular management. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality outpatient care, perform patient evaluations, and support treatment planning to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations Diagnose and manage patients with pain and vascular conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and standards of care Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner license Experience in pain management or vascular care preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Ability to work independently in a clinic setting Excellent communication and documentation skills We are committed to providing a supportive and patient centered healthcare environment.
