Minimal - Triage Only, Rotated Among APPs Position Overview A well-established and highly regarded ENT group in Sun City West, AZ is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its expanding outpatient team. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$120,000 - $140,000 annually

Bonus Potential:

Current APPs earning $200,000-$225,000 total compensation

2 weeks at hire with additional accrual Arizona licensure reimbursement Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage a wide range of ENT conditions, including: Sinus and nasal disorders Otologic complaints Voice and throat conditions Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as: Nasal endoscopy (flexible and rigid) Cerumen removal Nasal/sinus debridement Conduct pre-operative evaluations and manage post-operative follow-ups Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and interdisciplinary staff for coordinated care Maintain thorough documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR Participate in shared low-volume triage call rotation Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing, certification, and CME requirements

Candidate Qualifications Required:

Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Minimum of 3 years' direct ENT clinical experience

Preferred:
