Collaborative environment with strong Physician and Advanced Practitioner support, focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans Promote health education and disease prevention Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure At least 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. 1-3 years of experience working in Primary Care.
