• Full-Time
• 4 Days per Week
• 10-Hour Shifts
• 7:00am to 5:00pm
• 1 Weekend Shift per Month
• No Evenings
• No Holidays
• No On-Call

COMPENSATION

• $130,000 to $180,000+ Annual Income
• $52 to $65 per Hour, negotiable based on experience

COMPANY PROFILE

This multi-site healthcare organization has been serving the local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care, urgent care, and specialty services. They currently boast a staff of 15 medical providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have convenient access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, and more.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This is a standard urgent care role in a rural health environment, seeing patients of all ages. Providers see a variable number of patients per day, depending on need and season. Providers are supported by dedicated clinical assistants. All work is within the area of standard urgent care:

• obtaining history of present illness
• performing physical examination
• ordering and interpreting laboratory and radiologic testing
• prescribing medications Urgent care procedures include, but are not limited to:
• venipuncture
• dressing changes
• wound management
• application of splints
• incision and drainage of simple abscesses
• removal of foreign bodies The practice uses an

EHR. REQUIREMENTS

• Arizona NP or PA license
• DEA•ability to see patients of all ages
