Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP) to join our well-established, collaborative team at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Opportunity Highlights Provide high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10 hour shifts Open ICU with no procedures or codes required Additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $150,000 - $160,000 Depending on experience
