Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate team. In this vital role, you will deliver expert clinical care, support patients and their families through difficult times, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered treatment. Your expertise will help uphold our mission of delivering dignity and comfort at life's most vulnerable moments. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and vital signs monitoring Manage acute pain, perform triage assessments, and coordinate urgent care interventions Utilize EMR to document patient encounters accurately and timely Skills Proven experience working in diverse clinical settings such as hospice, palliative medicine, or critical care environments Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding, CPT coding and HIPAA regulations Skilled in performing diagnostic evaluations, physical examinations Expertise in managing complex cases involving geriatrics. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication tailored to diverse populations including individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs Ability to work effectively in outpatient clinics, inpatient units, or home care settings while maintaining compliance with all safety standards Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through expert clinical practice combined with heartfelt compassion. Pay:
$145,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
