We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members' annual fee. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence. After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026. About the
Role:
We are seeking Advanced Care Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to join our GI team and collaborate closely with our GI Chief Medical Officer. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and bring an innovative, forward-thinking approach to their work. Candidates should possess strong GI experience as well as exposure with internal medicine knowledge. Experience in urgent care, primary care, or family medicine, with a comfort level in treating the adult population is highly preferred. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive GI-focused patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and development of differential diagnoses and treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Provide specialty gastroenterology care by prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and implementing evidence-based treatment interventions. Manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans to optimize clinical outcomes. Educate patients and families on GI health, disease prevention, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, screening recommendations, and long-term condition management. Collaborate with gastroenterologists, hepatologists, primary care providers, dietitians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Perform clinical procedures and skills relevant to gastroenterology, including phlebotomy, IV insertion, EKGs, and care management related to GI procedures. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, procedure documentation, and follow-up care. Adhere to all ethical, legal, regulatory, and professional standards governing advanced practice, ensuring patient confidentiality, safety, and quality of care.
Compensation:
$170,000 - 190,000, based on years of experience
