The Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care Department. The hybrid In-basket and Clinic NP or PA provides comprehensive patient care through a combination of direct clinical visits and in-basket management responsibilities. This role supports continuity of care, improves patient access, and enhances provider efficiency by balancing independent patient care with timely management of Patient Medical Advice Requests (PMAR) within the electronic medical record (EMR). This role supports efficient patient communication, timely clinical decision-making, and continuity of care through collaboration with physicians, medical assistants, administrative staff, and operations. Qualifications Required Qualifications Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). DEA certification Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred. Experience using electronic medical records (Epic preferred). Experience with ambulatory care, triage, or inbox management.
