Day Shift Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to lead the establishment of comprehensive women's health services in Big Bear, CA. This unique opportunity allows for the development of a program from the ground up, supported by a mission-driven, experienced organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about rural healthcare, with a strong background in women's health across the lifespan.

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner license (FNP, WHNP, or dual CNM/FNP preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in women's health Training in or willingness to be trained in: Long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for menopause and midlife care Spanish language proficiency preferred

NOTE:

If dual NP/CNM, we would be on the higher end of the salary range

Compensation & Benefits:
