The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients across various settings, including critical care and infection control environments. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines. Provide treatment for acute and chronic conditions, including infectious disease care and behavioral health issues. Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced practice nursing degree. Current Nurse Practitioner certification with relevant state licensure. Critical care, or infection control is a plus. Proficiency in electronic health record systems (OfficeAlly) is a plus. Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage diverse patient populations effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
