$125,000 - $180,000 per year

Rotating call schedule (approximately 1:5 coverage) About Us We are a growing, patient-focused Pain Management practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions. We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys building relationships with patients, working closely with physicians, and contributing to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced specialty practice. Position Summary The NP/PA will work alongside our physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of pain conditions. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, providing follow-up care, reviewing diagnostic studies, patient education, and collaborating with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits. Obtain and document detailed medical histories and physical examinations. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Review diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and medical records. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and procedures. Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record. Coordinate care with physicians, medical assistants, surgery centers, and referring providers. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
Qualifications Required:
Current California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Current DEA license. Bachelor's Degree (PA) or applicable advanced nursing degree (NP). Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization. Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
Preferred:
One (1) year of clinical experience (Pain Management experience is a plus but not required). Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Armenian.
