We are not a training facility for beginners, we are a performance-based environment seeking experienced providers who are confident, clinically strong, and motivated to grow within a high-standard team. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in aesthetic medicine, injectables, and laser treatments . This provider must be confident in both clinical execution and consultation-based sales , with the ability to build trust, deliver natural results, and convert patient consultations into long-term treatment plans.
Schedule Requirement:
Must be available Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday Key Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments , including: Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) Dermal fillers (Restylane or equivalent) Laser-based treatments (device experience required) Conduct comprehensive consultations , including: Full facial assessment Development of customized treatment plans Clear education on expectations, risks, and outcomes Maintain strict clinical safety protocols and demonstrate the ability to recognize and respond to complications Complete all charting and documentation same-day prior to leaving the clinic (non-negotiable) Provide patients with a copy of their consultation/treatment plan following their visit Drive treatment conversion and patient retention through ethical, relationship-based sales Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and team to ensure high standards of care and consistency Promote services, products, and participate in in-office events and patient engagement initiatives Required Qualifications Active California NP or PA license Active DEA license Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine Proven experience with: Injectables (neuromodulators + fillers) Laser devices Completion of formal aesthetic injection training courses Strong understanding of facial anatomy and complication management Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued) Background in ICU, Emergency Medicine, or other high-acuity settings Experience working in a revenue-driven or sales-based environment Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals Strong consultation and patient conversion skills What We're Looking For A provider who is: Clinically competent and confident Sales-aware and results-driven Compassionate, polished, and professional Accountable and detail-oriented Someone who: Wants to grow within a company long-term Takes ownership of their performance and patient outcomes Is not looking for a temporary role to "learn and leave" Growth & Expectations Willingness to attend advanced trainings and quarterly symposiums (including occasional weekends) Commitment to maintaining high documentation, safety, and performance standards Continuous improvement in both clinical skill and revenue contribution Compensation & Perks Hourly pay: $60-$68/hour (based on experience) Performance-based incentives / bonus opportunities Participation in Treatment Benefit Program (monthly allowance based on employment status) How to Apply Please submit: Resume (PDF or Word) Cover letter outlining your aesthetic experience and career goals Contact information This role is for experienced providers who are ready to contribute at a high level.
