Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and wellness examinations. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Educate patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care Required Qualifications
- Current California Nurse Practitioner License
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using Epic EHR
- Experience managing a patient panel
- Experience serving diverse patient populations
Compensation Base Salary:
$200,000 - $250,000 annually In addition to base compensation, providers may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities. Potential total cash compensation may exceed $275,000 annually for highly productive providers.
