As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking three Mandarin-Speaking Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team of 7 physicians and advanced practice providers. Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and wellness examinations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically strong, and committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences while helping serve our growing Mandarin-speaking patient population. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Educate patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care Required Qualifications
• Current California Nurse Practitioner License
• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications
• Primary care experience
• Experience using Epic EHR
• Experience managing a patient panel
• Experience serving diverse patient populations

Compensation Base Salary:

$200,000 - $250,000 annually In addition to base compensation, providers may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities. Potential total cash compensation may exceed $275,000 annually for highly productive providers. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, clinical expertise, language proficiency, and other job-related factors. Benefits
