Provenir Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Medicine NP/PA to join one of the nation's leading occupational medicine organizations. Up to $30K Sign‑On Bonus + $6K Shift Differential Employed | 32hrs/week | Fremont, CA Flexible evening schedule (great for child care balance. supplemental income and flexibility)

5pm-12am Tues -
Thurs:
6pm-12am What You'll Do Diagnose & treat work‑related injuries in an outpatient clinic setting Perform pre‑placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physicals for employers Care for both scheduled and walk‑in urgent care patients Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment Requirements Current California PA license Board Certified with active DEA Certified Medical Examiner for DOT physicals (prior to start date) 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, or ER preferred Ready to Learn More?
