Job Description

Provenir Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP ) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join one of the nation's leading occupational medicine organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative clinical team focused on employee health, workplace safety, and high-quality patient care. Up to $30K Sign‑On Bonus + $6K Shift Differential + Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses! 32hrs/week | Fremont, CA Flexible evening schedule (great for child care balance. supplemental income and flexibility)

What You'll Do:
Diagnose & treat work‑related injuries in an outpatient clinic setting Perform pre‑placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physicals for employers Care for both scheduled and walk‑in urgent care patients Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements:
Current California PA license Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program of an accredited university Board Certified with active DEA Certified Medical Examiner for DOT physicals (prior to start date) 1yr of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or an emergency setting 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, or ER preferred Ready to Learn More?
