Hospital Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Nocturnist)

We are hiring full-time or part-time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners for our nocturnist role. A n octurnist role requires working exclusively working overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center. Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

Qualifications:

Board certified/eligible nurse practitioners. Active California license preferred. Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply. Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in a nocturnist role. 7 on/7 off schedule. Shifts are 12 hours in length; 12 pm -12 am and 1 pm - 1 am.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete admissions for hospitalist service. No procedures required. Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers. Rewards and Compensation:
