Job Description Are you an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner seeking meaningful work with exceptional flexibility? Chapa-De Indian Health is looking for a Fill-In Family Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, high-quality primary care to our patients and communities. This role is ideal for an FNP with 5+ years of clinical experience who values autonomy, collaboration, and true work-life balance. Enjoy the freedom to choose the shifts that fit your life - fill in on any weekday based on clinic needs and your availability (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM). You'll have the opportunity to deliver full-scope family medicine in a supportive, multi-disciplinary setting that includes physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and dental teams, all dedicated to advancing whole-person care.
Salary:
$520-$675 daily rate.Schedule:
Fill In on any workday based on clinic needs and your availability...Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm •Must have 103 NP certification by BRN•Job Duties:
Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departmentsExperience and Skills Qualifications:
5+ years outpatient experience. Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license with 103NP certification Board Certified.Active Ca ID or Drivers License About Us:
