What You'll Be Doing :

You'll be one of the most critical parts of our patients' success stories. In this role, you'll: Conduct new patient consultations (in-person or virtual, depending on location) Prescribe and manage weight loss medications like Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, HCG, and more Review lab work, medical histories, and patient goals Customize plans based on each patient's unique needs and medical eligibility Perform medical clearances and re-evaluations Collaborate with our nutrition coaches and trainers for full-circle care Encourage and support patients on their health journeys This isn't just about writing prescriptions—it's about becoming a trusted part of a patient's life-changing transformation.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who: Is a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner in California Has experience (or interest) in weight loss, hormone therapy, or lifestyle medicine Feels confident in both telehealth and in-office settings Believes in root-cause, functional healthcare and whole-person wellness Is warm, empathetic, professional, and deeply passionate about helping others Thrives in a family-style team environment with heart and hustle
