Job Description
- Work on-site in office providing telehealth services
- Family Nurse Practitioner
- Not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Full-time:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Provide critically needed care to the underserved and uninsured populations
- Multidisciplinary team of Family Medicine Physicians, Pediatricians, Internists, Endocrinologists, Dentists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Required:
