Job Description

Physician Assistant (PA) AND/OR Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Facilities Rounding Besht Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. This role involves rounding at different facilities in the Lancaster area providing high-quality care to patients in an acute care setting as their primary care provider .
Location:
Lancaster, CA Comp:
$75000-$80000 Job type: Part time
M-F Hours:
8am-7pm- Tues, Wed(days flexible) Key Responsibilities Travel to designated hospital location(s) (reliable transportation required) Evaluate and manage patients in an inpatient/acute care environment Serve as the primary care provider for hospitalized patients Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams Utilize technology to document and manage patient care efficiently Requirements Active and valid PA or NP license in the state of California Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Technologically proficient (EMR systems, mobile health tools, etc.) Reliable personal transportation Benefits Competitive salary Flexible scheduling options Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off
