Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:

8:00 AM 5:00 PM 1st and 3rd

Wednesday:

8:00 AM 5:00 PM 2nd, 4th, and 5th

Wednesday:

9:00 AM 5:00 PM Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on primary care clinical experience (clinical rotations and clerkships excluded). Providers who have completed a residency or structured hands-on training program of 12 months or longer will also be considered. The role includes full-scope primary care , caring for patients across the lifespan.
