Details:

• Full-time, direct hire position
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Provide direct patient care, including COVID-19 and respiratory patients
• Provide quality and population health services
• Collaborate with physicians and other APPs
• Assist with necessary video visits for other locations that need access to care
