Job Description

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company , is a rapidly growing provider of occupational health services with over 50 locations nationwide . We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PA or NP to join our team. Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Schedule & Pay:
Schedule:
4 x 10 hours/day, Tuesday - Friday.
Pay Range:
$170,000 - $180,000 / year
What You'll Do:
Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures , including suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, and foreign body removal (subcutaneous and ocular). Provide occupational health services , including DOT exams and treatment of workers' compensation injuries . Conduct pre-employment physicals and other job-related medical evaluations. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system . Serve as a clinical leader , ensuring high-quality patient care.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care . Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a healthcare team. Strong clinical skills with experience in a fast-track setting. Occupational Health experience is a plus. Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong clinical judgement skills with a high level of autonomy and independent decision-making ability. Efficient, high-quality in-person assessment and documentation is required.
Qualifications & Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program . Active PA or NP license in California. Current DEA license . BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification . Additional Requirements (Manager to Complete): This position also requires a 1:4 Call Schedule. Call time is scheduled as 5 pm - 7 am, Monday-Friday and 5 pm Friday - 7am Monday.
