Current national certification, BLS, and DEA required.
New grads will not be considered for this position.
Current CA state license is a plus.
Providers will be cross credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers.

- Mendota, California Federally Qualified Health Center with four (4) rooms.
Patients who need continuity of care are scheduled with UHC services prior to departure.
Facility hours are Mon-Fri 12pm-9pm and Sat-Sun 9am-5:30pm.
Annual volume of approximately 8,000.
Minor procedures required including lacerations, I&D's, and simple FB removal.
Basic point of care testing including rapid strep, UTI, and glucose.
