Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiac Electrophysiology team in Santa Rosa, California. This exciting opportunity supports a specialized Atrial Fibrillation Clinic and includes involvement in clinical research, working alongside leading electrophysiologists committed to advancing arrhythmia care. About the Opportunity As part of a comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology program, you ll play a vital role in managing patients with atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias. The position is exclusively outpatient-focused, with a strong emphasis on patient education, longitudinal care, and participation in ongoing research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program

Licensure & Certifications:

Current California NP or PA license DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate (CSRC) Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Additional certifications as required by department

Experience:

Prior experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or internal medicine preferred New graduates with a strong interest in cardiac arrhythmia care and research are encouraged to apply
